The Fear And The Hope

I don’t really know where to start.  The music coming out of Passion has touched me, encouraged me and ministered to my heart for years.  It has always resonated deep in my heart and spirit.  I had never heard you speak, though, until last year.  I am a science teacher now at a Christian school and last spring the receptionist told me that I had to watch this video that they had seen at their Bible study.  She described the part about Laminin and I decided to have my anatomy and physiology class watch it based on her recommendation without previewing it first.  I got choked up through several parts.  So powerful!  If there’s anything I want my students to understand is that they are designed by God for a purpose and that purpose is to glorify Him!  I feel fired up and amazed by God every time watch it.  I now show “How Great is Our God”, in every class I teach once each year.  It is my favorite day of class for the year bar none.  Thank you for the time and effort you put in to make that teaching amazing.  I know it has impacted the lives of my students and it helps keep me passionate about God and what I do in the classroom during those times when I wonder if what I do meaningful -- especially when I get those questions, “Why do we have to learn this?” God delights in those who fear Him, in those who hope in His unfailing love.  You brought those two together, the fear and the hope, in such a powerful way in that teaching! Using science and worship - Awesome!
